5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Rescheduling and cancellation rules are governed by each client’s contract. If a client does not meet the communication or payment requirements, the session may be canceled at the discretion of Kaye McCoy Studio.

6. Image Delivery and Usage

Turnaround times, revision policies, and usage rights are provided within the client’s contract. Clients may not alter, edit, or apply filters to delivered images unless noted in writing. Copyright always stays with the photographer, and usage rights are limited to what is stated in the contract.

7. Digital Products

All digital templates, downloads, and educational materials are non-refundable. Sharing or distributing digital files is not allowed. Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.
